What We Do

01.

—Speech and Language Therapy

At RISE, Speech and Language Therapy is more than just building skills; it’s about building lives. Our compassionate, holistic approach empowers individuals to express their thoughts, needs, and identity. By breaking down communication barriers through evidence-based practice, we open the door to learning, relationships, and meaningful social inclusion.

02.

— Special and Inclusive Education

At RISE, we believe that Special and Inclusive Education is the commitment to crafting learning environments where every individual, regardless of ability, can thrive. We move beyond mere integration to foster true belonging by adapting curricula, employing evidence-based strategies, and championing the strengths of each learner. Our approach empowers students not just academically, but socially and emotionally, ensuring they are equipped with the confidence and skills to navigate and contribute to their community.

03.

— Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy at RISE empowers individuals to achieve their fullest physical potential. Through compassionate, evidence-based interventions, we focus on enhancing mobility, building strength, and improving coordination. This holistic approach is fundamental to our mission, as it unlocks greater independence, fosters community participation, and paves the way for a more active and inclusive life.

04.

— Occupational Therapy (OT)

Occupational Therapy at RISE empowers individuals to master the everyday activities that give life meaning and purpose. We take a holistic, client-centered approach to help people develop the fine motor, sensory processing, cognitive, and self-care skills needed to participate fully at home, in school, and in the community. Our goal is to build independence, foster confidence, and transform daily challenges into opportunities for growth and joyful engagement.

05.

— ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy

At RISE, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy is delivered through a lens of compassion and respect for the individual. We utilize evidence-based principles to understand behavior as a form of communication, focusing on teaching meaningful skills that promote independence, enhance social interaction, and reduce barriers to learning. Our personalized approach is designed to unlock potential, empower individuals to navigate their world with confidence, and support their overall development within an inclusive framework.

06.

— Down Syndrome Early Intervention

Our Down Syndrome Early Intervention program at RISE is built on the belief that the earliest years offer the most profound opportunity for growth. We provide a nurturing, family-centered program that holistically addresses the developmental spectrum—from speech and motor skills to cognitive and social abilities. By equipping both the child and their family with evidence-based strategies and compassionate support, we lay a powerful foundation for lifelong learning, independence, and joyful inclusion in all aspects of life.

Impact Stories

Fiza’s Journey of Success

Fiza belongs to a small village in Galyat. She came to Abbottabad to stay with her cousin and took admission at RISE. During her time at the school, she was given a chance to participate in the Special Olympics trials, where she showcased her remarkable talent. She was selected for the inter-school games and went on to win three gold medals at the provincial level. Her outstanding performance earned her selection for the Special Olympics in Germany.

Fiza was truly a lucky and hardworking girl — she represented Pakistan in Berlin and secured fourth position in her event.
At that time, Fiza was a fourth-grade student with a hearing impairment. She continued her studies with determination and later prepared for her board exams. She passed all subjects except Mathematics, in which she had only one compartment.

Fiza is a bright, talented, and ambitious girl with high dreams. She continues to shine as a gem of RISE, actively participating in art and tableaux performances.
